Hi there! I’m Marina Kaydanova, the founder and instructor of BK Pilates. For over 16 years, I’ve been passionate about helping others find balance between body and mind through Pilates.

My journey didn’t stop there —I wanted to explore spirituality further, which led me to hypnotherapy. After experiencing its amazing effects on my own life, I immersed myself in this practice and learned to conduct hypnosis sessions for others.
